How many guests does the venue hold?
Our Drink Bar comfortably hosts up to 40 guests. For groups of 50 we recommend a cocktail / standing-party format. We offer flexible seated and standing layouts adjusted to the character of your event. For groups of 60–120 we propose our main JABEERWOCKY Pub at the same address. How does catering work?
We offer a customisable event menu served buffet-style. We recommend our legendary BBQ ribs, refined starters and craft pizza from the oven. We tailor the menu to your preferences and budget. Vegetarian and other dietary needs are taken care of. When we reply to your inquiry we send a presentation of our dishes.
Can we play our own music?
Of course! You can play your own playlists via Spotify or YouTube Music on our professional sound system. Can you book a DJ? Yes, a single performer fits in the space.
Can we bring our own alcohol?
Unfortunately no. We serve classic and signature drinks, carefully selected wines and a wide range of craft beers — always at attractive prices and with professional bartender service. You can co-create the open bar list to keep better control over the budget. Many organisers also set a maximum bill cap and let guests order to their taste.
How far in advance should we book?
We get a lot of inquiries and bookings. Sometimes it's worth booking earlier, especially around the holidays. Otherwise it's a good idea to book your event a month before the planned date. The event menu should be chosen no later than 7 working days before the event.
How much does it cost?
We don't charge a rental fee — we agree on a minimum spend, and the whole budget goes towards food and drinks. The amount depends on the day, number of guests, the chosen event menu and the open-bar drinks list. Get in touch for a free, no-obligation quote.
Is there parking nearby?
We don't have our own parking, but several paid car parks are within a 5-minute walk. The venue sits conveniently between Krucza and Parkingowa streets, just a few minutes' walk from the metro station.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Our venue is in a historic 1910 tenement house. Unfortunately the entrance door is fairly narrow, but with assistance guests with disabilities can enjoy the venue. Please let us know about any assistance requirements at booking. We're at your service.
Can we bring our own decorations and cake?
Yes, you can bring your own decorations to personalise the space. For your own cake — please let us know by email when confirming the booking or while finalising the event details.
